Complaints Policy
Marine Hypnotherapy is committed to providing a professional and ethical service. If a client is dissatisfied, the following procedure applies:
Step 1 – Informal Resoltion
Clients are encouraged to raise concerns directly via email at:

Step 2 – Formal Complaint
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing by email.
Acknowledgment will be sent within 5 working days.
A full written response will be provided within 14 working days.
Step 3 – Escalation
If the client remains dissatisfied, they may escalate the complaint to the ACCPH.
All complaints are handled confidentially and fairly.
