What to Expect?

Your First Session

The first session is an essential step in the support process.
It will help me get to know you as a whole, so I can deeply understand your needs and build, together, the foundations of the work ahead.

Clarifying Your Goal

This first appointment is a time for conversation.
We take the time to explore:

  • What brings you here today
  • The situations in which the difficulty arises
  • And what you would concretely like to see change

The goal is to define a clear direction, aligned with your reality.

A First Approach to Hypnosis

The first session is not likely to be a full hypnosis session.

 

Taking the time to understand how you function and what you need is already an important part of the process.

 

You will, however, experience a first approach to hypnosis through a guided exploration.

 

Guided Exploration

Often based on your sensory perception (the five senses), this experience allows you to:

  • Discover what Ericksonian hypnosis actually is
  • Become familiar with your feelings and sensations 
  • Begin connecting with your inner resources

Personalised Support

Every person moves forward differently.

Some experiences are immediate, while others take more time.

Both are fully part of the process.

There is nothing you need to achieve during this first session.

It is simply a space to explore, to be heard, and to discover.

Fees

Online Consultation (30 mins) — Free

Not sure if hypnotherapy is right for you? This is your chance to ask questions, share what you’re going through, and get a feel for how I work.

This complimentary video consultation is also a space to explore how hypnotherapy could support you. During this session, I’ll introduce you to hypnosis — what it is, how it works, and what you can expect — so you can understand the process clearly.

It’s an opportunity for us to connect, understand your needs, and see whether we’re a good fit to work together before you commit to anything.

There’s no pressure or obligation — just a first step to help you gain clarity and decide what feels right for you.

Hypnotherapy Session (1 hr) — £70

Your first session begins with a gentle introduction to hypnosis — what it is, what to expect, and how it actually feels. 

You step in feeling comfortable and curious, ready to begin. 

Together, we define a clear and meaningful goal. Each subsequent session builds on that foundation, helping you create lasting change. I offer sessions in person and online. 

Online Hypnotherapy  Session (1 hr) — £60

Online sessions are available for those who prefer the comfort of their own space or cannot attend in person.

To ensure a smooth organisation, online sessions must be paid in advance to confirm your booking.

While online work is as effective as in-person, I generally recommend starting with at least one in-person session when possible. This allows us to build a stronger connection and create a solid foundation for the work we’ll be doing together.

Stop Smoking (2 Sessions + Support) — £200

These dedicated two sessions are designed to help you become a non-smoker in just one months. It covers everything we need — from understanding your relationship with smoking to a powerful hypnosis session to support your commitment to stop. To get the most from this program, you must be fully ready and committed to making this change.
